Krabitrek Limited Partnership is an online and telephone booking service for all tours and activities in Aonang and Krabi. We are a small local company who have been providing this service to Krabi visitors for over ten years.
At Krabitrek we believe that every customer is unique and we will try our best to be efficient, professional and friendly. We treat every request with respect and will do everything we can to give accurate and honest information.
Please feel free to ask anything and if we don't know the answer we will find out for you.
All the tours we offer on the website are provided either by local operators who we have found to be reliable and good value. We take care only to partner with companies who we can rely on. We do regular inspections and use customer feedback to keep up to date with levels of service. We cannot check every tour every day, so if you do have any suggestions on how to improve, please let us know.
We like people and enjoy meeting our customers and making sure that they have best possible time while staying in Krabi.Our knowledge of Krabi will help to give you an insider's view of the beauty, nature and culture of Amazing Krabi and its people.

Booking Through Krabitrek
Booking through Krabitrek couldn't be easier. There is an Booking form on each individual tour page, just enter the date and the number of adults and children for each tour. Once you have finished browsing, just click on the -Send Booking- button and this will email us your Booking Form. We will get back to you, usually within a couple of hours but certainly within 24 hours with confirmation of price and availability. If you would then like to make your confirmation final, then a paypal invoice will be sent to you for a deposit. Deposit amounts vary slightly depending on the operators terms. Final balance can be paid when you arrive in Krabi. For last minute bookings where a deposit by paypal cannot be paid, then the full value of the tour must be paid by 4:00pm, the day before the tour.
Last Minute Bookings
Its normally possible to book trips up until about 4:00pm the day before a trip. Email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with availability. Using paypal, the process is very simple and quick to pay a deposit to confirm the booking and you will receive your booking confirmation straight after.
Cancellation
Cancellation up to 4:00pm the day before a tour will be rescheduled or an alternative offered or refunded in full, the choice is yours. Later than this, we cannot refund but we will try to reschedule or find an alternative depending on availability (no guarantee). Cancellations for reasons other than weather are very rare but can happen due to mechanical or staffing reasons. If we do have to cancel a tour for weather or any other reason, then you have the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
