Ya's Thai Cookery School was the first Cooking school to be set up in the Aonang area. She has been a professional chef and Thai cuisine master since 1983 and was awarded a diploma in food nutrition from Rajamangala Insitute having trained for 2 years at the Siam International Hotel in Bangkok.
Following her training, she spent the next years practising her art in a variety of International restaurents in asia and Europe.
Everyone knows how great Thai food is and the chances are, if you are planning on a trip within Thailand, then food is going to play a huge part in your experience. Whether you are familiar with Thai food or this is going to be your first time, some basic knowledge about Thai food can only enhance the experience.
So, why not take a Thai cooking class in Aonang? Depending on the option, You can take a trip to the market and learn about the names and tastes of each of the ingredients, then return to the school and with the help of an expert teacher, learn to make it the way they do. Then at the end you get to enjoy your creation. Give your taste buds a treat and give it a go.
The course will take you through the steps right from the basic ingredients, learning how to combine the spices and herbs to make the pastes that form the basis of most Thai food dishes.
Krabi cooking schools and Aonang cooking schools have an excellent reputation and the teachers have many years of teaching people how to make some of the world's favorite dishes.
